Welcome to this detached manor house set in shady, flower-filled surroundings on the edge of a small lake. The gîte has been carefully restored with authenticity in mind (terracotta floor tiles, beams, etc.), where comfort and aesthetics are one and the same. You'll be seduced by the charm of the surroundings and the peace and quiet.
Your stay can be bucolic or more active, between the garden, the pond and the hiking trails in the south of Mayenne at Cossé-le-Vivien. The countryside here offers a landscape of harmonious curves.
Be sure to visit the "art environment" created by Robert Tatin, painter, sculptor, architect... where you can feel the inspiration from his travels around the world.

On-site leisure facilities include a table tennis table, bicycles and games...
You can fish in the 1000 m² private pond (carp, roach, etc.), for young and old alike. Large public pond 500 metres away, with FFP card.

The shops are 1 km away in Cossé-le-Vivien, where you can walk along the path.
