Gîte La Petite Felixière

This gîte, in a fully renovated 19th-century barn, offers a warm welcome in the heart of the countryside for a relaxing break between Cholet and Nantes.

The gîte is housed in a charming barn that has been renovated to combine authenticity (beams, exposed stonework, etc.) with all modern comforts in a refined decor. Ideally situated in the countryside between Cholet and Nantes, this gîte is perfect for getting together with friends or family in a rural setting. It can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people.

It has two large bedrooms for 3 on the ground floor (one queen-size bed and one single bed). These two bedrooms share a large bathroom (Italian-style shower in travertine). Upstairs, on the mezzanine, you'll find a cosy dormitory (same bedding as the rest of the accommodation) sleeping 10, plus a bathroom.

The large, fully-equipped living room (kitchen, American fridge, bar, large table, TV lounge, etc.) is a great place to get together and share convivial moments. Behind the kitchen, you'll find a cellar with storage space and a washing machine.
From the living room, you'll have access to a large terrace where everything you need to make the most of the fine weather is provided (tables, chairs, outdoor sofas, parasol, barbecue, etc.).

To complete your stay and relax, you'll have access to the heated indoor swimming pool.

You'll feel right at home, and the owners will be happy to give you advice on visiting the region (Puy du Fou, châteaux, vineyards, Atlantic coast, museums, etc.).

For larger groups, there is another gîte for 15 people (240 m², 5 large bedrooms) in another outbuilding of the farmhouse.
