A renovated miller's house in a green valley on the banks of the river Èvre, the gîte is 5 minutes from the Loire and the Loire town of St Florent le Vieil.

Gilbert welcomes you to the Moulin de Braimboeuf site. The single-storey gîte with living room and mezzanine has a wood-burning stove. The kitchen has direct access to the semi-covered terrace. The gîte has three bedrooms, enough to accommodate a family of up to 6 people. The bathroom and toilet are separate.
The grassy grounds are fenced in for peace and quiet. Sun loungers, garden furniture, a barbecue and children's games complete the outdoor area.
The little extras: a heated swimming pool, depending on the season, shared with the other gîte and the owners. There's also a private tennis court and on-site leisure facilities including table tennis, table football, canoes and rowing boats.
