La Terrasse du Loir

La Terrasse du Loir is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the whole gîte.
The swimming pool and telescopic cover were installed in 2022.
It is heated to 29°C.

It measures 7.50m x 4m and is just for you.
For 2025: Pool heated from 28 March to 3 November inclusive. In winter after this date.
We already have reservations for 2026, the pool will be heated from Friday 27 March to Sunday 1 November 2026 inclusive.

The telescopic enclosure measures 10.40m x 6.20m at its widest and 1.80m at its highest point.
The advantage of the shelter is that you can stay warm inside in mixed weather, and it can be fully or partially opened. This is essential if you want to enjoy your pool for most of the year.
The enclosure is larger than the pool, so some people can sunbathe or sit on chairs inside, while others have fun in the water.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, the 115m2 Gîte + its magnificent 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir is located 2km from the Zoo.
Sleeps 10 with the 4 bedrooms. 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room.
900 m² of waterfront grounds.

Comfort, zoo atmosphere and serenity on the banks of the Loir are guaranteed in the gîte "La Terrasse du Loir".
This is a place for good humour, but not for birthday parties or other parties that would disturb the peace and quiet of nearby neighbours. We are not in an isolated location.

We are very close to La Flèche zoo and the Lac de la Monnerie, which is a 10-minute walk away via the Moulin de la Bruère footbridge. On site you can hire canoes and bikes, go fishing or relax on the superb beach, which is supervised in July and August.
