Gite L'Imprévu

With a covered, heated swimming pool, the 6-person l'Imprévu gîte is ideal for a stay with family or friends; there are plenty of activities on site (pedal go-karts, trampoline, swing, relaxation room and fitness room).

Come and enjoy a variety of activities at the heart of the property and discover Doué-la-Fontaine, renowned for its exceptional Biopark, its emblematic roses and its fascinating troglodyte sites, not forgetting the natural and cultural treasures of the surrounding area.

The gîte has a living room with kitchenette and three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor and two upstairs, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds. Shower room and WC on each level.

The property has two independent gîtes, l'Imprévu and le Riez (which also sleeps 6). For added privacy and tranquillity, each gîte has its own access, private parking and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

The relaxation facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and outdoor areas, are shared between the two accommodations. The swimming pool, set in 5,000 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, is salt-treated to ensure that the water is soft and pleasant. With its generous dimensions (5 m wide, 10 m long and a depth varying from 0.80 to 2.10 m), it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing swim. Open from 5 April to 28 September 2025, it is a real place of relaxation and well-being for all our guests.

You can also take advantage of the games room, ideal for entertaining the whole family, and the fitness room to keep active and relaxed during your stay.

These on-site facilities allow everyone to enjoy themselves, recharge their batteries and make the most of every moment, without having to leave the comfort of the property.

Finally, for shared meals, there's the hut equipped with a plancha, perfect for gourmet moments.

Whether you choose to rent just one gîte or both, for a total capacity of 12 people, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Ideally located just 20 minutes from Saumur, the l'Imprévu gîte is the ideal base for exploring the vineyards and châteaux of the Loire Valley (Brissac, Brézé, Saumur...). And don't miss a visit to Doué-la-Fontaine, famous for its Biopark, roses and troglodytic sites.
