This detached house is set in 1000m² of enclosed grounds, planted with trees and offering uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside.
A large building houses the table tennis table and the large charcoal barbecue, as well as the possibility of storing motorbikes and bicycles. There is plenty of space for children to play, with a swing and sandpit. The petanque court is alongside the house.
Shops are in the village of Vaiges: chemist, baker, butcher, mini-market and restaurants from the simplest to the most gourmet.
For your leisure activities, take advantage of the hiking trails throughout the Coëvrons, the Saulges caves site with its prehistory museum, climbing walls and restaurants. Discover Sainte-Suzanne, a small town full of character and one of France's favourite villages, with its castle, museums and cobbled streets, a lively village with a variety of shops and numerous events. Don't miss the paper mill walk!
