Enthusiasts of wine tourism will also be delighted by the diversity of wines from the Anjou region: Coteau du Layon, Anjou rouge, Savennières, Crémant de Loire...

Adjoining the owners' house, this 49m² property is on the ground floor. You enter through the living room, which is divided into two areas: a dining room and a sitting room with TV and a working fireplace. (Access to the fitted kitchen and shower room is via 2 steps.) The kitchen has the following equipment: oven, gas hob + electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing machine. Shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate WC. From the living room, you can access the spacious bedroom, which sleeps two: 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm). For your convenience, the beds will be made up on arrival.
There is a private outdoor area (accessible via the kitchen) with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and views over the countryside, and a lawn area that is not overlooked. On-site parking and closed bicycle storage area. Baby equipment: cot and high chair on request.
