Gite de la Brétinière - Charming, cosy gite in the Vendée

Welcome to the Gîte de la Bretinière!
Situated in the commune of Rocheservière, 30 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 30 minutes from Nantes and 45 minutes from the beaches, on the ground floor of our main residence, this former dentist's surgery has been carefully renovated to combine modernity and old-world charm. It has been converted into a home with its own entrance and private parking space.

The gite is equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and we're here to help if you need us.
The gite comprises a living room with dining area and open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (hob, extractor fan, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, etc.).
Everything you need for cooking is provided
Tea, coffee and chocolate are available.
There is a television in the living room, with access to our Netflix account.
The gite has one bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.
There is also a new shower room (with hairdryer and heated towel rail) and a separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.

Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.

Things to do in the area :

* Logis de la Chabotterie (10 minutes): Immerse yourself in history at the Logis de la Chabotterie in Montréverd, an emblematic place in the Vendée.
* Base nautique de la Boulogne (base in the commune of Rocheservière, within walking distance of the accommodation). Open from May to August: take a canoe, kayak, rowboat or paddle to discover the Boulogne valley, a peaceful river winding through the heart of a town full of character. For those who enjoy games, take part in the Vilma and Grim treasure hunt. And in summer, let yourself be tempted by an aperitif on board for a convivial moment on the water.

Accommodation and prices are for two people. If required, and after discussion, accommodation can be arranged for four people, at an additional cost.

The accommodation is on the ground floor of our main residence.
For your information, we have two young children and we do our utmost to ensure that they do not disrupt your stay.

We make every effort to be present for your arrivals and departures, but if this is not possible, a key box will be made available to you, allowing you to arrive independently.

Arrivals are from 5pm and departures no later than 11am.
