Le Gite d'Hestia

Charming tufa stone house located in the wine-growing village of Vaudelnay, in the Saumur region and its troglodytes. Ideal for a couple's holiday. Welcome to the Gîte d'Hestia!

From the gîte, you'll be 5 minutes from the Château de Montreuil Bellay, 10 minutes from Doué-la-Fontaine and 25 minutes from Fontevraud Abbey. The programme for your stay includes visits to wine estates, walks in the villages along the Loire (Montsoreau, Turquant, etc.) and troglodyte cave exploration.

This character house, available to rent all year round, has two levels:
Ground floor: a pleasant living room with sofa bed (160 cm extra bed), wood-burning stove and large television (many channels, Netflix...), fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.
Upstairs: 23 m² mezzanine bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) leading to the shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer) and separate WC. There is also a Wifi fibre internet connection.
Outside, you'll appreciate the private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
For your convenience, and to make the most of your stay straight away, beds will be made and linen provided.
Easy access and parking in front of the gîte.
Access to the gîte is via a shared entrance with the neighbour.
Grocery shop with bread depot 400 m walk from the gîte. Shops and supermarket 5 km away. No washing machine in the gîte, launderette 6 km away.
