Plan d'eau des Lavandières

The Lavandières lake, a popular spot for anglers, is also popular with walkers. It has picnic tables and a leisure area (petanque pitch, children's play area, etc.). Facilities to delight young and old alike!

Located near the town of Saint-Mars-La-Jaille, the Lavandières lake is renowned for its calm and particularly pleasant surroundings. It is fully equipped for picnics and leisure activities such as pétanque, exercise on the fitness trail, table tennis, etc. The site is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family and friends!

There is also a motorhome park at the entrance to the lake. Visitors will find sanitary facilities and a covered area for shelter in wet weather.

For a full day out, follow the Fontaine Mauricette walking trail from the Lavandières lake. Along the banks of the Erdre and through the countryside, you'll discover the Charlotte Bridge, the Bois de Triage and the Mauricette Fountain. It's a family-friendly trail, with memories guaranteed! If you're feeling sporty, there's a permanent orienteering course nestling in the heart of the lake. There are several themes to choose from!

Fishing fans beware! The lake is rich in pike, pike-perch, carp, tench, bream, roach, etc. Fishing permits are available from the Tabac-Cadeaux Bontemps (17 rue de la libération) from the Gaule Saint Marsienne.
Located in the village, to the south on the D9 and to the north on the Rue Neuve (large car park).
