Le Pot'aux fleurs

Le Pot' aux Fleurs is a natural and friendly garden, but not the only one! Come and discover all the activities on offer: garden visits, picking, art workshops, etc.

Natural garden, creative workshops and events

"Le Pot'aux fleurs" is an association (law 1901) created in April 2017. Its aim is to create and maintain a fun, natural, living, friendly and creative garden. This garden is a space for workshops and events, a place for exchanges and meetings open to all. The association is managed by a board of directors, but many volunteers help with the development and upkeep of the garden. If you'd like to visit, just phone me - I'm often hidden away in the garden" (Florence, president of the association).


Visits to the garden

You can take a stroll around the garden, discovering the flowers and aromatic plants, as well as the insects and birds that thrive there. You can also come and have a snack or read in the shade of an oak tree. Someone will always be on hand to guide you or provide information. Visits to the garden are free of charge (kitty at the entrance to the caravan).

Picking

As you stroll along the garden paths, you can pick a bouquet of flowers, taking care to respect the flowerbeds. You can also make a bouquet of aromatic plants. Remember to ask for secateurs. Bouquets of flowers are free (for information, an average bouquet in a shop costs between €5 and €10). Bouquets of herbs are also free, with a minimum charge of €1.


Workshops

Art workshops are organised in the garden for adults and/or children. Workshops must be booked in advance and are reserved for members of the Le Pot'aux Fleurs association. Painting, engraving, plant dyeing, land'art... The cost of a workshop varies according to the theme and duration. The workshops are run by Florence, a plastic arts instructor who ran a workshop in Pornic for 20 years.
