Domaine de La Thibaudière
At the Domaine de la Thibaudière in Saint-Julien-des-Landes in the Vendée, Maud offers a range of services including horse riding, lessons for all levels and horse boarding.
The Domaine de la Thibaudière is a small family stable, created in 2021 by Maud Bertin, a qualified instructor and rider. She offers :- Courses from Galop 1 to Galop 7, for adults and children
- Competition outings,
- coaching,
- 1-hour ride in the countryside around St-Julien-des-Landes (booking required)
- 4-hour ride around Lac du Jaunay (booking required)
From 1 May to 15 September: Sightseeing walks in the Landes countryside
- 1-hour walk for beginners: €20
- 2-hour ride for experienced riders: €55 (all 3 gaits must be mastered)
All rides must be booked in advance and are for groups of no more than 5 people.
From the end of May to the end of August: Pony rides and carriage rides depart from "Le Pin Parasol" campsite in La Chapelle-Hermier.
Private riding lessons for young and old: €30/hour, by prior arrangement
Horse-drawn carriage rides: 30€/person (3 people max)
On site, several hectares are dedicated to boarding, broodmare boarding, retirement or working horses.
