Vignobles Edonis, Cave Robert et Marcel

The winery was founded in 1956 by a group of around forty winegrowers. The cooperative was set up in 10 km of galleries dug into the heart of the vineyards, and the first collective vinification took place in the autumn of that year.

In the Maison Edonis, dug into the tufa stone cellars of the Vignobles Edonis site in Bellevigne-les-Châteaux, wander at your own pace from room to room of this centuries-old troglodytic house.
