Around the Moulin de la Minière, one of the highest points in the vineyard, stretch the estate's vines, which are certified organic. Here, people talk passionately about the wines produced by the family since 1734, and about the place and its evolution. The cellar, with its age-old oak barrels that are still in use, the walk through the old vats and the view from the roof terrace all make an impression! The story of the Ménard family is far from over, as François and his wife Pauline continue the family tradition by showcasing the potential of Muscadet wines.Visits and tastings by prior arrangement.
