Marc Soreau breeds Salers suckler cows, steers and heifers, as well as free-range pork-butchering pigs, all organically farmed.The farm is completely self-sufficient: all fodder (straw, hay) and cereals (wheat, triticale, peas, broad beans) are produced on the farm, guaranteeing healthy, local feed for the animals.
