The emphasis is on natural ingredients, with no preservatives, colourings or artificial flavourings.
Since the early 1990s, La Sablésienne has been a pioneer in the production of organic biscuits. Its pastry chefs developed and updated recipes rich in forgotten ingredients such as spelt and quinoa.
La Sablésienne has made organic one of its specialities, and now makes organic, Ecocert-certified biscuits for leading brands.
A tea room is available, serving hot drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate) and cold drinks (fruit juices, fizzy drinks) accompanied by biscuit tastings.
