Maison Prunier is a family-run business founded in 1931 in Connerré, and dedicated to producing top-of-the-range charcuterie specialities.
Léonard and Théophile, the 4th generation, currently run the 160-strong Prunier company.
Our aim is to make charcuterie that reveals our love of the trade, that gives pleasure through the flavours it generates and that promotes quality food linked to French gastronomy.
