Hervé and Cécilia SOCHON are organic farmers and breeders of pigs reared on straw and poultry (chickens, laying hens, etc.).
They transform this meat into two forms: Rillette de Poule and Mijoté de Poule.
The shop is open to the public on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
