Les cours de Pimprenelle

Cookery and pastry classes, vegetarian cookery courses. I give classes anywhere, at your home, in gîtes, businesses and occasionally at my home in Souligné Flacé.

Pimprenelle's courses include :
- Cookery and pastry classes on a wide range of themes (available at www.lescoursdepimprenelle.fr),

- Individual coaching to give you as many ideas as possible for healthy meals adapted to your diet, learning to master basic recipes and incorporating vegetables into them,

- Workshops organised for festive events (birthdays, hen parties, corporate team building, etc.),

- Courses given as part of a year-round leisure activity,

- Vegetarian cookery courses to learn the basics of a balanced vegetarian diet and, above all, get plenty of ideas and techniques.

Pimprenelle's courses teach you how to make the most of seasonal fruit and vegetables, transforming them into delicious, creative and healthy dishes for everyday use or entertaining.
As well as learning culinary techniques, the aim of the classes is to give you as many ideas and reflexes as possible so that you never run out of ideas, have fun with the products of the moment and encourage the healthiest and most economical home cooking possible.
The recipes are prepared using quality products, organic and local whenever possible, to help protect our health and the environment.
The courses are accessible to everyone and the recipes are easy to reproduce at home.
The idea is also to have a wonderful time in the kitchen, full of colour, flavour and taste discoveries.
