Producer of organic eggs and honey in Valanjou!
Emmanuel Gabard has been producing organic eggs and honey in the commune of Valanjou, in the far east of the Mauges region, on the edge of the Layon Saumurois, since January 2020, following a career change.He has 600 organic laying hens in an old, light-filled barn with a 6,000m² wooded run, and 70 beehives in production in the commune of Valanjou.
The idea is to market her products in a short circuit, and it's working!
You can meet him every fortnight on Saturday mornings (even weeks) at 5 rue Beaurepaire in Valanjou for a sale of organic eggs and local honey!
Price of honey: €6.5 for 500g
4 € for 250gr
Price of eggs: €3.8 per dozen, €1.90 per 6.
