GAEC Bol d'Herbe in Daumeray - Growing vegetables, melons, roots and tubers, as well as organic dairy products and bread.

Our dairy farm is certified organic. Our cows are fed a natural diet, mainly pasture, supplemented by hay, a little silage and cereals grown on site. We also produce cereals that we use to make sourdough bread, baked over a wood fire, a locally popular product.

In this way, we are committed to offering fresh, healthy, quality products as part of a short distribution chain, reducing the distances between production and consumption.
