FERME PÉARD

Family dairy farm on an 80-hectare estate. Member of the "Invitation à la ferme" network of 100% organic and local farms throughout France.

8 people work on the farm and in the yoghurt factory, 6 of them full-time.
The herd consists of 50 cows. They are fed on grass and healthy fodder, without chemical fertilisers or pesticides.
150,000 litres of milk are processed on site each year into yoghurts, fromage frais, dessert creams and rice pudding.
The products are sold under the "Invitation à la Ferme" brand to organic shops, grocery shops, canteens, small and large supermarkets in Blain and the surrounding area, as well as Nantes and the surrounding area.
One of the Péard farm's most popular products is its chocolate crème dessert, which has won 2 medals at the Concours Général Agricole,
