Amandine, the manager, and her team will welcome you and advise you on the fifty or so mature farmhouse cheeses on offer.You can also eat in the shop, on your own or with friends: sandwiches, croque-monsieur, gratins, salads, all based on cheese and depending on what's in season.
Finally, there's a tasting bar where you can sample a range of cheeses and charcuterie accompanied, depending on your taste, by wine, beer or other beverages...
