The GAEC de Chevry has been rearing Saanen goats and Limousin cows since 1995.In 2016, with the arrival of their son on the farm, the Lelore family decided to set up a processing plant, enabling them to sell fresh and mature cheeses, tommes and fromage blanc made from goat's milk directly to consumers. At the same time, the family farm also offers beef parcels.
