Brasserie la Petite Ramonière
La Petite Ramonière is a brewery located in the marshes of Notre Dame de Monts.
Beers are brewed from cereals grown on the farm. Cereal cultivation and beer production are done in respect to local nature and biodiversity.
Ingrid and François settled in the heart of the marshes in 2012 to create the La Petite Ramonière brewery farm and wanted to bring together their commitment to their activity and their values.
It is with pleasure they invite visitors to their farm so that they can share, not just an understanding of how to brew beer but also their passion for their work.
During the visits, you will be able to discuss history, beers, agriculture, energy, biodiversity, tastes and malts. You will experience the difference between barley and wheat beers, beers brewed with the crops or cultures of the moment. All of their beers are named after birds living in the marshes.
The visits are free and last approximately 1.5 hour. They are family-friendly and end with a tasting of different beers.
Visits take place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5pm booked in advance during the summer season and by appointment during the rest of the year.
You will find beers on direct sale at the farm, at the farmers' markets and in all the good wine and grocery stores in the local area.
The farm shop is open all year round on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm and on Saturday mornings between 10am and 12pm.
