On the programme: relaxation and fitness for body and mind
CHILDREN'S AND TEENAGERS' CLUB
Children have access to the outdoor structures, trampolines, porticos, slides... and indoor structures depending on the weather conditions.
Swimming is organised for everyone's enjoyment. The activity leaders are all qualified. A dynamic team will welcome your children and ensure they have an unforgettable time. A wide range of entertainment and shows will be on offer, and the atmosphere will be guaranteed all summer long.
SWIMMING
Swimming lessons supervised by a state-qualified swimming instructor are offered individually or in pairs in an outdoor pool heated to 30 degrees.
The pool is open in July and August.
FITNESS
Fitness classes are run by a team of professionals who have been well-known and appreciated on the coast for many years. They offer classes in muscle strengthening, cardio training, yoga, pilates, salsa and stretching.
Classes take place on the outdoor terrace or on the sand. On cooler days, classes are held in the main room, with its superb sea views.
LONGE-CÔTE
This activity is supervised by qualified coaches who comply with the criteria and measures laid down by the French hiking federation.
The Longe-côte school is also home to the LONGE COTE CLUB DE FRANCE association, whose ranks include 2 French champions from the last French championships held in HYERES at the end of 2021.
SHOP
An area dedicated to the sale of sports equipment and beach accessories welcomes you. Discover a wide range of equipment: wetsuits for longe côte, fitness, swimwear, etc.
SNACK BREAK
If you're feeling peckish, there's an area dedicated to the sale of sweets where you can enjoy ice creams and sweet pastries with a refreshment or a coffee. We also offer soft drinks, fruit juices, tea, etc.
HIRE
We offer hire of beach equipment, deckchairs by the day or 1/2 day, paddleboats with paddles and wetsuits.
