It's a short walk through quiet, unspoilt countryside, starting and finishing at the Domaine de la Ducherais, a former agricultural orphanage now a departmental site for education, tourism, culture and leisure. It also takes the walker on a discovery of how the winds have been used over time. Lulled by the gentle hum of windmills, modern-day windmills, walkers will come across La Bicane, a 19th-century windmill that has been restored to its former glory.
