Labelled an LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) refuge, the site is also home to three beehives financed by the local authority and an orchard.
The tour begins with the history of the people and nature of Mazerolles, and how it has evolved from the past to the present day. It also highlights some of the remarkable birds that can be seen on the site.
