The Les Marais de Maca walking trail offers a surprising panorama of the Loire Valley and its natural and industrial environment.
Departure: Salle du Petit Marais car park, start of the sports trail.Between roads and paths, this trail takes in the unique landscapes of the Donges marshes. In the Brière, as in all the wetlands along the Atlantic seaboard, the abundance and diversity of birds fluctuates according to the time of year and water levels.
Passage through wetlands, paths subject to rainfall and variations in water levels.
Passage through grazed grassland, presence of livestock. Make sure you close the windows behind you.
