The 4 coaches (Mélissa, Nick, Loïc and Cyril) welcome you from Monday to Saturday and offer a range of classes ALL included in your membership:
Step Dance; Pilates; Gentle Gym; Cross-Training; Yoga; Boxing; Abdos Challenge; TRX; SPARTAN Fit; Body Bike; Nordic Walking.

Prices:
- 29.00 / month (Annual Subscription) + €45 registration fee.
- 39.00 / month (Monthly Subscription) + €45 registration fee.

Holidaymaker" rate:
- 30.00 / week (registration fee FREE)
- 60.00 / month (registration fees FREE)

Opening times:
- Monday: 9.00am to 9.00pm
- Tuesday: 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 9.00pm
- Wednesday: 9am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 9pm
- Thursday: 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 9pm
- Friday: 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 8.30pm
- Saturday: 9am to 1pm
