Hippodrome des Terres noires
Discover the Terres Noires racecourse.
Located on the northern outskirts of La Roche-sur-Yon, in the Terres Noires sports complex, the racecourse covers 20 hectares in a wooded setting. Created in 1863, it boasts modern facilities and excellent track visibility.Renowned for its steeplechase course, it is home to stables of great renown. Stalls and boxes (to be reserved) are available for trainers.
The Terres Noires racecourse organises five meetings a year in April, May, June and September, as well as numerous events for children every year. It is popular with racegoers and walkers alike.
