Immerse yourself in a warm and friendly atmosphere this winter by organising your stay or company seminar at our large gîte in Chemiré le Gaudin, on the banks of the Sarthe. Just 15 minutes from Le Mans and 30 minutes from Sablé sur Sarthe, our haven of peace welcomes you to a protected natural setting, ideal for relaxation, reflection and a host of activities.
On cooler days, enjoy walks along the river or through the forest, then gather round the fire to savour a hot chocolate and admire the view over the Sarthe. Our adorable animals, such as donkeys, sheep and goats, will add a touch of sweetness to your winter stay.
You can also relax by playing pétanque or fishing in the pond or the Sarthe (fishing permit required), in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
For those who like to relax, our swimming pool (5X10) is heated by the dome and open from May to September.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with authentic charm and exposed stonework and beams.
Upstairs, a cosy lounge with TV and library.

Shower room with Italian shower and accessible WC. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 other bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). Bathroom with shower and bath. First floor: large mezzanine with pool table and lounge. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (and a sofa bed for 2 people) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds. Separate WC. Shower room.
In an annexe, on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), separate WC and bathroom (bath). On the first floor of this annexe, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), separate WC and a large bathroom with bath. Internet, cots, barbecue, garden furniture available.
Additional cleaning charge: €200
Hire of sheets and towels: €150 for the entire gîte, optional extra.
