Renovated house, located on the ground floor, above the owners' house, in grounds with two other gîtes, 300m from the village.
Shared access to the accommodation with private parking.
The gîte comprises :
- a bright lounge (decorative fireplace)/living room/kitchen
- three bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 2 twin beds 80x200, 1 bed 180x200)
- a shower room with heated towel rail
- separate toilet
- private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers)
- 2,000m² garden shared with the owners and other guests (swing, trampoline, bowling green, deckchairs)
Clémenceau beach is 1.3km away.
In summer, the shops in the centre are open (mini-market, bakery, butcher's, etc.) and located 250m from the house (open in the morning from November to March).
The forest and hiking trails are less than 2km away.
