A quiet, discreet residence at the end of a cul-de-sac facing the Loir and Château de Durtal, ideal for artists and lovers of nature and heritage, recently completely renovated using traditional materials and contemporary furnishings.

The Residence has 5 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate 12 people.

On the ground floor, the Studio Room "Maestro" has a piano, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and washbasin - separate WC. The 160x200 double bed can be split into two single beds. This studio has PRM access.

Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms have exceptional views over the Loir and feature beautiful oak beams and chestnut partitions. The floor is made of terracotta from Les Rairies.

The "Quatuor" bedroom has a 140x200 double bed and two 80x190 single beds. Shower room with shower and washbasin - separate WC. Magnificent views over the bridge and river.

The "Sextuor" room also has another piano, as well as two 160x200 double beds, which can be separated into four beds + two 80x180 high cabin beds. Bathroom with shower and 3 washbasins - separate WC. Lovely views over the garden and river.

On the ground floor, the living areas are shared by guests: a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a large slate bar overlooking the river, a dining room with piano, sitting area and fireplace, as well as the terrace and garden, which are accessible for wheelchair users.

La Toue du Bout du Monde, a river gîte for 2 people, is moored in the riverside garden.

The recently restored Chapelle St Léonard adjoins the Résidence. It houses two concert pianos and is equipped with a control room for conferences, events, master classes and concerts, including the Durtal Musical Festival.

The accommodation is ideally located on the V47 route of the Loir Valley by bike.
