25 minutes from the main entrance to the 24 Hours race circuit and 30 minutes from the historic centre of Le Vieux Mans, 15 minutes from the Bercé forest, in a green setting on a fully enclosed plot of land, very well exposed, independent gîte, on one level (3 steps at the entrance), all comforts designed for 2 people, up to 4 people. No smoking.
Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, kettle). TV dining area. Lounge with large corner sofa bed, convertible for 2 people (sleeps 150 x 200 cm), large flat-screen TV. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190. Shower room with Italian shower, large washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine and WC.
Available: hydro-alcoholic solution, disinfectant liquid soap, surface disinfectant,
cleaning products (washing-up liquid, floor cleaner, laundry detergent, etc.).
Household linen (tea towels) provided.
Bathroom linen (gloves, towels) not provided.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.

Mandatory heating charge: €9/night from 1 October to 30 April.
