A 105m2 detached house, completely renovated in 2020, À Bâbord Les Balises offers you the charm and authenticity of a holiday home to share with family or friends.
Situated at the tip of the coastline, between the Atlantic Ocean and Port La Vie, its location is ideal for access on foot or by bike to shops, markets, walks and activities... All you need to do is walk to the beach in just 5 minutes!
To combine comfort, relaxation and pleasure, the gîte À Bâbord Les Balises offers you :
On the ground floor: a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (bed 160x190), a bathroom, a toilet and a laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack).
Upstairs: a bedroom with a view of the Port (160x190 bed that can be split into 2 80x200 beds + possibility of an extra bed with a 90x190 bed), a bedroom with a terrace, a view of the ocean, and a bathroom (160x190 bed that can be split into 2 80x200 beds).
In the garden: terraces, private spa, covered heated swimming pool shared with another of our gites, outdoor shower, garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue, bicycles for adults and children aged 6 to 10 (a baby seat and a follower for a child aged 3 to 5 can also be installed).
And also: wifi connection, baby equipment (high chair, cot), product kit (sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper), parking space, cleaning service at extra cost and compulsory on departure (€180).

Terraces with trees, garden furniture and barbecue - Private car park - Bicycles available - Towels and sheets provided (beds made) - Cleaning service included. A deposit will be required 8 days before your arrival. For all bookings, a deposit of 60% will be requested by bank transfer and the balance 8 days before your arrival at the gite.
