It comprises a 23m2 living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, opening onto the lounge with sofa bed and flat-screen TV.
The large bay window in the living room opens onto a lovely 14m2 terrace with garden furniture and a magnificent sea view!
The flat also has a sea-view bedroom with 1 queen-size double bed (160cm) and dressing room, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) (which can be placed close together), and dressing room. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A private parking space for one vehicle per flat is available free of charge. Please note that there are no visitor parking spaces available. You will also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
