Private landscaped grounds of 500 m² (garden furniture, barbecue). On site: table tennis, fishing in small enclosed private pond. A few steps from the living room to the garden and 18 steps to the car park. Gîte with character:
End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Sheet hire for 1 person: €10/stay; Sheet hire for 2 persons: €15/stay; Bathroom linen hire: €10/stay.
In addition: gas central heating package: €50/day depending on consumption (payable to the owner).
The owner provides the wood (recommended price based on €70 to €80 per stere). The 1st flambé is free.
