Le gîte du Manoir de la Vieille Douve - D'Arcy

Situated in the charming village of Le Bourg d'Iré, this beautiful group of buildings has been converted into guest rooms and gîtes with an indoor swimming pool.

The Manoir de la Vieille Douve will charm you with its range of accommodation. Alongside the main residence and guest rooms, a tastefully renovated building houses 3 gîtes.

D'Arcy can accommodate up to 6 adults in 3 double bedrooms. The front door opens directly into the large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, electric oven and three-drawer fridge-freezer. The oak dining table in the centre of the room has 6 chairs. This leads into the living room where there are 2 large sofas, a chest of drawers and coffee tables. French windows open onto the patio, where there is an outdoor table and 6 chairs. Next to the kitchen is a small storage area for hanging coats and storing shoes and there is also a downstairs toilet. There is a fire door connecting to Gite 10 if there is a large group otherwise this will be kept locked.

Stairs lead up to three double bedrooms each with a 140cm wide bed, bedside tables and lamps with hanging space. The size of the rooms does not allow for extra beds. There is a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer and storage shelves. A separate toilet is located next to the shower room.
