Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds), beds made up on arrival, shower room, wc. Private enclosed landscaped garden of 100 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deckchairs). Shared: heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6m) open from May to September.
