Set in the heart of the Sarthe countryside, the Manoir de la Massonnière can accommodate up to 15 people in five self-contained suites for your holidays, events and seminars.

Set within the Domaine de la Massonnière, this superb manor house combines the charm of a historic residence with the comforts of luxury accommodation. Ideal for family reunions, birthdays, seminars or breaks with friends, it accommodates up to 15 people in a peaceful and refined setting.

The communal areas have been designed to encourage socialising: a spacious 50 m² lounge with a bar, fireplace and piano, a large fully-equipped kitchen and a utility room complete the property. Accommodation is spread across five self-contained suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom, private toilet and Wi-Fi access.

- Les Magnolias Suite (70 m²): for 2 people, with direct access to the south-facing terrace, the park and the French garden.

- Les Iceberg Suite (70 m²): for 2 to 3 people, with views of the park, the French-style garden and the surrounding countryside.

- Cour Carrée Suite (60 m²): with a cosy lounge, dressing room, a bedroom featuring a 180 x 200 cm bed that can be converted into two single beds, and a small additional bedroom ideal for one or two children.

- Les Topiaires Suite (80 m²): for 2 to 5 people, with three separate bedrooms and views in three directions over the park, the gardens and the courtyard.

- La Canopée Suite (70 m²): situated in the attic of the manor house, it features a dormitory-style layout with four 90 x 190 cm beds and a spectacular view of the starry sky.

The manor house is also distinguished by its remarkable gardens, comprising a French-style garden, a woodland garden, a kitchen garden and an English-style rose garden. A guided tour led by the estate’s landscape architects is offered to guests, providing a behind-the-scenes look at this exceptional botanical heritage.

For a stay dedicated to well-being, make full use of a 6-person jacuzzi, a gym and a 15-metre heated swimming pool, open from April to October.

For larger groups, the entire Domaine de la Massonnière can also be hired exclusively, bringing the total accommodation capacity to 21 guests.
