15 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, in the heart of the Parcé countryside, we offer you our little house, in a green setting where you will appreciate the surrounding peace and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Sleeping up to 4 people, you'll find all the comforts you need during your stay!

In the sleeping area, you'll find a 140x190 cm bed, while in the living area, you'll find a convertible sofa with a 140x190 cm bed (mattress topper for optimum comfort).

Linen:
Sheets, pillowcases, hand and dish towels and bath mat are provided.
Optional bathroom linen :
1 shower sheet + 1 towel 3€/person/stay

Kitchen area :
Fridge-freezer, fan-assisted oven, microwave, 2-zone induction hob, toaster, Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, Nutrifresh Prep 6-in-1 multifunction cups, mandolin.

A dedicated parking space is adjacent to the cottage.

When the weather is fine, you can enjoy the outside area, which is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue (charcoal not provided).
Our petanque pitch is available on request (boules provided).

For your entertainment, inside you'll find card games and a few board games, as well as a television with Orange TV for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

If you're travelling on business, you'll appreciate the convenience of fibre optics, easy parking and the peace and quiet of the site.

For toddlers, we can provide a cot with mattress, toilet seat reducer, changing mat, table seat and bath bouncer on request.

Finally, to meet your needs, we will do our utmost to be as available and attentive as possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We live on the plot next door, but the cottage is completely independent and not overlooked.

Pets and parties are not permitted.
The inside of the cottage is non-smoking.
A smoking area is available.
