La Longère

Situated 25 minutes north of Le Mans, close to the Manche Alps and the Perche region, the gîte is part of the Domaine de Crottay. This elegant 18th and 19th century property boasts colourful gardens, wooded parkland, meadows and orchards, providing a natural setting for this corner of nature that the owners love to share. Heated swimming pool from May to September. Tennis, walks, games of hide-and-seek, tree houses, sculpted trees: there's plenty of fun to be had for young and old alike! This is a little nature paradise close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. Gîte on 2 levels. Ground floor: large living room with open fireplace. Separate fully-equipped kitchen (2-burner gas hob). 1 bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 double bedroom with 1 single bed (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). First floor: entrance hall. Living room with kitchenette (2-burner hob). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and wc and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room and wc. 1 small children's bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed. Internet access.
Games room available (shared with the other gîte) with pool table, table football, home trainer.....Bocce pitch, tennis court.
Possibility of reserving a single additional room, attached to the gîte, with 1 room for 2 people, 1 double bed, shower room with toilet (€50/night for the additional room with a minimum of 2 nights. Decreasing rate from the 3rd night).
