Jean-Claude and Isabelle welcome you to the grounds of their mill, which still has its mechanism and large wheel. This mill, nestling on the banks of the Orne Saosnoise, is 20 minutes from Le Mans and offers an ideal fishing trail for anglers. The bucolic riverside park is ideal for pike, perch and tench fishing....(fishing licence required).
Only one pet allowed during your stay. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a lead on the property and never left alone in the gîte.
Supplement of 10€ per night for the animal.
In a house separate from the mill, adjoining two other gîtes
Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area with 2-person sofa bed and large flat-screen TV. Storage area with washing machine. Large shower room with walk-in shower, 1 washbasin and 1 WC.
Upstairs: A large bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200cm) and a single bed (80x190cm) and a private bathroom in the style of a boat cabin with 1 shower, WC and a small washbasin.
Wifi internet access.
Additional electric heating to be paid directly on site to the owner (8 kw offered per day).

RECHARGEABLE CAR SOCKET.

Several outdoor areas with deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture.

Cleaning charge of €50 compulsory and extra.

Option per person/additional day for more than 3 to 5 people.
15€ per night to be indicated when booking.

The deposit of 300€ must be registered by Gîte de France 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
In the event of non-registration.
A cash deposit of 300€ is required on the day the keys are handed over.
