LA HEURELIÈRE (12 PERS)

A relaxing atmosphere in this large gîte between Laval and Cossé-le-Vivien in southern Mayenne.

La Heurelière offers a space of remarkable proportions and exposure, ideal for getting together with friends or family. The bright ground floor features a long dining table, a large lounge area and a fully-equipped kitchen, all punctuated by large picture windows opening onto the terrace.
From every window, you can enjoy the surrounding countryside and meadows. It's so soothing!
It's an invitation to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, while still being close to the Laval/Cossé-le-Vivien main road.

The owner is a yoga teacher and is training as an ayurvedic medicine and massage therapist.

Shops: all local shops 1.6km away in Ahuillé. Other shops in Cossé-le-Vivien (8km).

For your outings, the Robert Tatin Museum, with its monumental sculptures, will impress young and old alike (8km), Laval has its Museum of Naïve Art, Le Douanier Rousseau, a famous Laval artist, and the marina (boat and bicycle hire by the hour, half-day, etc.). Christmas: Laval is famous for its Christmas lights... Ask Céline for advice on what to see and do.

Hikers: there are many footpaths close to the gîte and throughout Mayenne.

Cycling: the Vélo Francette greenway and towpath (Ouistréam to La Rochelle) nearby, for exploring the Mayenne. The quality of these routes is renowned.

Weekend stay: from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm (to be agreed with the owner).
Weekly stay: arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am
