On the Les Perles site, a landscaped area with a fishing pond of almost 6 ha, a large play area for children and 5 gîtes, including Aubépine, the smallest with a living room and sanitary facilities on the ground floor; the mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds (1 x 140 and 1 x 90).
For fishing enthusiasts, the Etang des Perles, a 1st category enclosed lake, offers excellent carp and pike...open in March. Your host will provide you with a free fishing licence during your stay. The gîte has a fishing room shared with the adjoining gîte: sink, fridge.
For your activities, the site also offers free jogging, hiking and a BMX terrain and a starting point for a 49km mountain bike circuit (difficult): the Mont du Saule, magnificent viewpoints.
All shops and services are 3km away in Villaines-la-Juhel. There is also an indoor swimming pool open all year round with an adult pool, a children's pool, a solarium and swimming lessons, aquagym, aquaphobics... as well as swimming courses during the holidays. Find out more.
From Averton, you can discover the listed natural site of the Alpes Mancelles, the Mont des Avaloirs: a great place for walking, cycling or horse-riding. Discover the beautiful villages of Saint Cénéri le Gerei or go to Saint Léonard des Bois to the Gasseau adventure park (tree climbing from 6 years old and 1.2m); try your hand at kayaking, archery, climbing or orienteering. Some activities are seasonal, others year-round (15km in the Sarthe).
