Private area of 5000 m², terrace (garden furniture, electric grill). Communal area reserved for gîtes: unheated swimming pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 pers. 10€/stay; Bathroom linen hire: 8€/pers/stay.
Additional charges: Visitor's tax, heating package (electric + underfloor heating) 15 €/day (payable to the owner).
