Wilfried and Nathalie welcome you to La Germenière, in a pretty farmhouse in the countryside halfway between Le Mans and Sablé/Sarthe, so you can come and recharge your batteries in a bucolic setting.
You'll enjoy a terrace and a large garden that's not overlooked, so you can party without disturbing the neighbours, and spend quality time with family and friends, creating wonderful memories.
The house is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor, a kitchen (fitted and equipped) opening onto the living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and its own shower room (Italian shower), separate WC.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 dormitory bedroom with 4 x 90x200 beds, bathroom, separate WC.
