The gîte is located in the countryside with a large private enclosed garden, just 15 minutes from Laval. You will appreciate the large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV and wifi. 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190). Shower room with Italian shower. Separate WC.
Enjoy lunch under the shade of the cherry tree and admire the countryside.
You can store your car or motorbike in the shed and your bikes in the hut.

The location is ideal for visiting the northern and central parts of Mayenne, or even for a trip to Brittany: 25 minutes from Vitré or 1h20 from Mont Saint Michel.

In Mayenne, don't miss the town of Laval, its castle, museums, park, markets and of course the Christmas Lights in December/January. Stroll through the Petites cités de caractère (small towns of character) such as Chailland (15 min), Saint Pierre sur Erve, Parné sur Roc or the famous Sainte Suzanne. If you're a history buff, the Mayenne is home to the Chouanerie, and the Jean Chouan museum is just 1.5km from the gîte.

Shops are in the centre of St Ouen des Toits 2.5km away (full grocery and bakery, restaurants) or in Bourgneuf la Forêt (4km).

Numerous walks (PR) within 400m of the gîte and surrounding villages.
