Situated near La Flèche on the main Le Mans - Angers route, close to the main sporting and tourist attractions of the Sarthe region, our gîte can accommodate up to 15 people for family reunions or get-togethers with friends, for a weekend or longer holiday.
Set in 20,000 m² of enclosed woodland, this contemporary house comprises a 100 m² ground floor with: fitted kitchen opening onto a 45 m² living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, 1 dressing room and 1 washbasin, 1 shower room with Italian shower, separate WC. The first floor (80 m²) comprises: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 dressing room, a dormitory with 5 single beds (90cm), a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. In the basement, WC and a 70m2 games room equipped with an adult billiard table, a children's billiard table, an adult table football, a children's table football and a table tennis table (bring your own rackets). Outside: tennis court.

For short-stay rentals of 2, 3 or 4 nights: arrival 16H00 and departure 16H00.
